Ms T is the Lead Consultant and CEO of T. and Toast Professional Consulting. She is a Career Coach with 25 years of experience in helping people and businesses grow, achieve and improve. Teaching in both private and public schools for 13 years gave her an appreciation for the hard work and dedication of classroom teachers. "Buddies, not bullies" is a workshop that grew out of a need to help her grandchildren understand and recognize bullying.

Ms. T cut her teeth in the corporate world at the Neill Corporation. The corporate culture of Neill supported continuous learning and promoted intrapreneurship. The Human Resource team was committed to excellence and worked with Senior Team Leaders, business units, and function teams on their personal development. It was at Neill that Bonnie first became a coach for employees.
