Business Makeover

When you first look at a photograph all you see is the big picture, not so much the little details. But then when you really look at it you start to see things that you didn’t even know where there even if you’ve been looking at that picture for years. This is what the business makeover is. It isn’t like 'design on a dime' where we take a thousand dollars and fix up your business. We take you, the owner, and your team and make you go to your business that you guys go look at every day and give you the eyes of your customers and really look at your business. What do your customers see when they go to your business? Do they see that your sign is fixing to fall off? Do they see that you may not sweep your floors every day? Do they feel that they are not greeted like they are supposed to? With this makeover we truly try to ‘makeover’ your business not so much on a superficial level but a deeper level of improvement.

With this exercise we need a 100% participation of your business or company. All employees should be there. Also this exercise is completely anonymous. All participants will be given pen and paper, that we provide, and write down what they think should be improved, purged, or what positive aspects should be more prominently shown. Then we take all the information and put it into a list of priority. What should be done first? And come back and go through the information thoroughly with you and in the next couple of months come back and record your progress.
